A Joint Venture of the ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien AG and the Tucher Invest 2 GmbH

The object of the fund is an investment in the Chinese real estate project ”European Garden” with the target of realizing a value appreciation through the Project development and the upcoming transfer. The project ”European Garden” is a residential development of about 250,000 sqm gross floor area in the provincial capital Shenyang.


The Fund Concept

ESI sit with investors in the same boat

The investors and ESI GmbH have the same interests. They want to use the opportunity together to realise a double-digit percentage profit p.a. of real estate development for mutual benefit.

ESI GmbH does not get remunerated until the investors obtain their 10% capital account interest p.a.

Investment

• The fund invests in an already determined real estate development in Shenyang, which is initiated by our local partner.
• Euro Sino Invest Co., Ltd, as well as the engineering office M&P, bring valuable know-how and excellent contacts to China.
• As a result of the expected economic growth, and the strong urbanisation of the growing middle classes, the project will meet the demands of the prospective Chinese purchaser.
