  Hannover Grund Wohnportfolio 01 - The ZBI Group as a service company in the real estate sector
  
  The “Hannover Grund Wohnportfolio 01” is a closed-end fund with a duration of 10 years.  The aim of the fund is to create a diversified portfolio of residential real estate assets. At the time of the preparation of the prospectus, the selection of assets has not been determined. Therefore, this type of fund is also known as ”Blind-Pool”. According to the contractual appointed investment criteria, about 8-15 residential assets shall be purchased properties at portfolio level at a factor of 14 referred to the annual net rent.As a result, property offers at a factor of 14 can be used profitable for the ZBI Group.
  
  The “Hannover Grund Wohnportfolio 01” is intended to invest solely in property-locations in Germany with an increasing demand for residential space. Locations such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Cologne, for example, belong to the ”winners” of the movement of moving into cities, which results from the demographic change in Germany. The “Hannover Grund Wohnportfolio 01” combines the advantages of a residential real estate investment and an indirect investment.
